I had such a lovely time this afternoon learning a few things about watercolour painting and a bit of mixed media thrown in. Following the instructions from Tamara Laporte and her wonderful Kaleidoscope Taster Sessions was really fun, non-stressful, and not difficult at all. This was the first class on the list and I can't wait to do the next one. There are 18 in the taster session which is a very generous free gift. I felt happy and satisfied when I was finished. I wasn't happy with my paper nor my colours but that can be improved and I might even try this picture again.
